	Estimator Riverside GENERAL DESCRIPTION As a member of the Estimating group, he/she works with other department personnel to help resolve reported problems and issues, regardless of the particular area of expertise, on a timely basis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential functions and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: • Efficient coordination of field and office activities on assigned projects, including job scheduling assistance. • Study and understand the contract documents of each project before, as well as after estimating to determine areas, including provisions of the general or special conditions, that may be ambiguous or present problems or result in unforeseen costs. Such matters should be brought to the attention of the Assistant Chief Estimator. • Investigate conditions of the jobsite prior to bid to understand and evaluated site accessibility, surface and underground conditions and any condition that would affect construction methods and costs. • Estimate accurately each job and review the estimate with the Assistant Chief Estimator in sufficient time to permit careful analysis, checking of calculations, and corrections as necessary. • Prepare at various stages (pre-bid, post award, etc). • Resolve, or assist Operations in resolving, design and detail problems with owners, design agents, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Attend pre-construction, job meetings, value engineering and pre-bid meetings. • Arrange an in-house pre-construction meeting on any new project with Superintendents to review information about the job. • Prepare cost breakdown; review with Assistant Chief Estimator for concurrence, seek appropriate approval before release, and make adjustments as required by changes. • Analyze job cost reports to determine recommended action on overruns for future phases. • Estimate and submit timely change proposals to the developers. Prepare and execute change orders as directed. • Prepare special reports requested by the Assistant Chief Estimator or management. • Comply with safety regulations. • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and organizational development and be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring human resource programs and policies affecting all operations of the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Labor Law emphasis. Master’s Degree and SPHR certification highly preferred. Ten to fifteen years of functional management required, with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development or training & development supervision.
	Senior Contract Administrator Riverside This position is responsible for the administration of contracts, quotations and negotiations related to repeat and new business. College degree and/or minimum of 5 years of contract management experience in a construction evironment.
	AutoCad Drafter Riverside Performs drafting for concrete subcontractor, field installation, and sales support drawings as required by the CAD Engineering Manager.
	MASONRY ESTIMATOR Riverside Our Mason & Block Wall division is looking for a Masonry Estimator. Min 5-yrs experience in production estimating preferred.
